Ben Nelson founded and runs The Minerva Project. We’ve been hearing about it for some time – since they received a very large investment, especially considering it doesn’t exist yet. Minerva wants to displace Harvard be the world’s most “valuable brand.”
For six semesters, students will move from one city to another throughout the world. The article in today’s Wall Street Journal gives the details. I am not sure who will want to participate though. Would Ben Nelson himself have given up Wharton for this, the connections he made there, and the brand it gave him?
