All over the news this morning. Here’s the eCampus point of view. The MOOC initiative with Udacity will be put on hold to “work on improving the student experience.” I think it is hard to bring version 1.0 of an experiment (any xMOOC) into a school as a for credit offering without eyes open and fantastic support – though I didn’t experience it myself , so am not sure exactly how they did support it. It will be interesting to watch this evolve.
