Can microscholarships help fix financial aid? Raise Lab tries new model

I was recently a judge for the Penn GSE/Miliken Foundation Education Awards – this company was the biggest prize winner.  “Startup Raise Labs wants to rethink college financial aid with a model that enables students to earn micro scholarships over the course of their high-school careers.”
